“Quartos fofos mas estadia inclui insetos. Quarto tinha um cheiro de roupa suja. Eu perguntei arrumação se eu posso ter uma toalha extra ou dois para os meus filhos e ela disse que eu tinha que ir lá embaixo com as minhas toalhas sujas para obter novos ... recepcionista / atendimento muito simpáticos e prestativos!”

“Hotel antigo e mau serviço ao cliente. Chegamos e não havia recepção. Tivemos que ligar e veio alguém para fazer o check in. Não havia cabeleireiro nos quartos, então fui à recepção e ela explicou que havia apenas 3 para todo o hotel. Todos eles foram levados. Eles colocam apenas um sabonete. Sem shampoo ou condicionador. Temos sorte de ter toalhas :( Eu não vou ficar novamente neste hotel”
