Eu perguntei arrumação se eu posso ter uma toalha extra ou dois para os meus filhos e ela disse que eu tinha que ir lá embaixo com as minhas toalhas sujas para obter novos ... recepcionista / atendimento muito simpáticos e prestativos!”

“Horrible accommodations. This claims to be a non-smoking facility, yet cigarette smoke knocks you over as soon as you get onto the elevator. The rooms are not clean, we pulled the bed spread back and the sheets were disgustingly dirty. They do not provide hand soap and for this to be a non-smoking establishment, why do they have ash trays all throughout the room? I have never been so happy for morning to come so that I could leave. If all of the hotels hadn't been sold out, we would have left and took a loss on our money.”
