From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly by Karen and her smile. She was attentive, alert, and inviting. Set the tone to my 4 day long trip, and made me feel as though I had a new home away from home. The hotel needs some updates, but I didn't even notice right away! Karen disarmed my usually particular eye with her overwhelmingly accommodating nature.
