“Not great. Ended up paying well over $200 more than what we were quoted at booking. Mattress is hard as a rock. TV remote was not working and even after multiple calls and visits to the front desk, the issue was never addressed. TV sound kept going in and out. Faucet on the bathroom sink was leaking. No liners in the trash cans, which I find to be pretty gross and unsanitary. I just expect more for a 4 star hotel. I’ve had WAY better stays and 2 star hotels.”

“Las toallas de mi habitación estaban manchas de maquillaje, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba lo reporte y jamas me cambiaron de cuarto, cuando pregunte por el desayuno me dijeron que no incluía! Después de pagar $600 me dices que no incluye! Cuando en recepción me decían que si! Definitivamente no recomiendo para nada este hotel, el personal no tiene la mínima idea sobre servicio al cliente”
