“Experiência horrível! Não é um hotel de 4 estrelas talvez um 1 estrela. Tantas coisas erradas. Itens menores sem sabão no banheiro. Sem café. Pisos sujos. A televisão não funcionou. Agora as grandes coisas. O estacionamento é um pesadelo. O estacionamento sem manobrista custa US$ 26. Somos deficientes, então se você estacionar sem elevador para o lobby. O manobrista custa US$ 36 se você encontrar a entrada da frente. Finalmente consegui fazer o check-in. Sem bagageiros porque a equipe não conseguiu encontrá-los. Cheguei ao limiar do quarto para deficientes físicos para o banheiro tinha uma grande corcunda para superar meu filho caiu tentando superar com um andador. Nada de água quente! A equipe de limpeza veio bater às 8:00 da manhã para ver quando estávamos saindo. Nós dissemos a eles às 11:00. Eles voltaram mais três vezes para nos tirar mais cedo. A equipe foi cortês. Isso parece um problema de proprietário/gerenciamento.”

“El hotel se ve bonito por fuera aparentemente pero ni bien entrar a la habitación se nota que lo tienen sin atención alguna he ido a varios doubletree y son muy buenos pero este de Houston no lo recomiendo para nada aparte se escuchaba todas las tuberías toda la noche no fue una buena experiencia ❌NO RECOMENDABLE ❌”
