Um lugar excelente, hotel de luxo msm, suítes amplas e de muito requinte,toda estrutura de interatividade externa como trilhas,caiaque no lago , golfe,aeroplane,piscinas lindas , realmente de extremo bom gosto, só não gostei do café da manhã, muito pouca opção e valor muito alto como todos os restaurantes do hotel valores altíssimos.

O hotel é muito elegante. No entanto a comida é muito cara e com pouca oferta. O buffet custa 58 USD e apenas tem como 2 prato 1 carne assada. As crianças comem hambúrguer. Resumindo pagamos 200 USD por 2 adultos e 2 crianças

Spent the week at the property for a conference. I thought the service was excellent which is what compelled me to write this review. I would like to particularly recognize Nelson who serviced our rooms. He met me on my first day and remembered my name. Every time he saw me the rest of the week he referred to me by my name. Always asking if we needed anything and if we asked for something he made it happen. His demeanor was always happy and he really made me feel like a valued guest. Outstanding service Nelson, thank you! Please pass my comments on to him. He will know me as Kish. Overall I had a wonderful stay, my only comment on areas of improvement would be a little more attention to detail with dusting. My desk and mini bar counters were dusty.

If you desire the absolute best and you are willing to pay for it, then this hotel is for you. I recommend the lake view. In my opinion, it is much more peaceful (and cooler) overlooking the serene golf course and pond (facing North) than staring directly into the hot, western, setting sun.

The Ritz redefines 5-star, as you already know. Please give the gardeners a raise! This stunning subtropical selection was in outstanding health and well manicured. This significantly added to our stay on such impressive resort grounds. We found ourselves walking around keeping track of the displays. OUTSTANDING!

The Spa was amazing - great girls getaway - one of the best sports massages I've ever had - Marcela is fantastic! Highly recommend treating yourself. Staff is extremely friendly/attentive & the facilities/pool are immaculate & wonderfully relaxing.

Loved our stay. It was very, very clean and the service was the superb Ritz! We loved the Maid attendant, Maria. Very sweet and hard worker. Spa, Golf, Tennis, Brunch, Dinners, a couple of meetings and just far enough, but close at the same time for visiting any of the Magic Kingdom Parks. We’ve stayed here before and will again. Just keeps getting better!

We had an amazing time for our anniversary a couple weeks ago here. The service was great, nice room, the Punch cocktail at the lobby bar is literally the best drink I’ve ever had! That alone would bring me back there. Food was good and the property and ground are beautiful. We will be back! Thank you.

Great hotel and resort that we will definitely return to. Went as a family once and also just for a short couples getaway. Lots of great amenities and services, really helpful and friendly staff, and if you don’t bring a car they will shuttle you to the parks or airport. We haven’t gotten to it yet but you can also borrow bikes, kayaks, and more. There’s also golf. Rooms are in great condition, and the restaurants on premises and in room dining are delicious. There is also a cafe downstairs if you want to pick up something quick, and you can walk through the breezeway to the conjoined jw Marriott if you desire Starbucks. For families: The kids club has open hours I believe from 10 to 1130 every day where kids can go with their parents to play, do the craft of the day, or pet their bunnies or look at the chickens or garden. There’s also great playground and kiddie pool which you can access at all hours . And for I think age 4 and up, you can drop your kids off for complementary childcare if you sign up for a couple hours in the afternoon, something like 1-3 or 12-3.

Hotel was phenomenal. Rooms are cleaned and very spacious. The AC in my room wasn't working but the staff were quick and came in to fix it immediately. The only issue i have is how long it takes for them refund the incidentals charge. I've been out of the hotel for going on two weeks and still have not received them back even after talking to them a few times.

My family and I celebrated Christmas at the Ritz Carlton Grand Lakes. It could not have been any better. The resort is beautiful and huge. The weather was amazing even in December. The weather averaged 70-77 degrees. The employees were all very attentive and accommodating. Room service was delicious, especially the blackened fish and cheesecake. We ordered cookies and milk on Christmas Eve and put up a Christmas tree and it felt just like Christmas at home. We ate at Highball and Harvest the day after Christmas. I hosted additional family members, who stayed at a different hotel, and they were amazed at the beauty of the hotel. Valet parking was totally worth it. On the day that we were supposed to leave, my daughter begged me to stay an extra day. I went to the front counter and it took about a few seconds for them to extend my stay. We did not want to leave the resort. I only stay at Ritz Carlton hotels and this location is by far among the top Ritz Carlton hotels around the world.

El servicio y las habitaciones son increíbles. La piscina es enorme y hay muchas amenidades en la propiedad. En cuanto a la localización, está muy lejos de todo. Hay que conducir 15-20min o tomar un taxi para ir a cualquier sitio.

Nos alojamos cuatro noches para una conferencia de trabajo. La decoración y la condición un poco anticuado, con algunos desgaste pero buen servicio e instalaciones. El servicio de preparación de cama era una sorpresa inesperada.
