“Spent the week at the property for a conference. I thought the service was excellent which is what compelled me to write this review. I would like to particularly recognize Nelson who serviced our rooms. He met me on my first day and remembered my name. Every time he saw me the rest of the week he referred to me by my name. Always asking if we needed anything and if we asked for something he made it happen. His demeanor was always happy and he really made me feel like a valued guest. Outstanding service Nelson, thank you! Please pass my comments on to him. He will know me as Kish.
Overall I had a wonderful stay, my only comment on areas of improvement would be a little more attention to detail with dusting. My desk and mini bar counters were dusty.”
