“Nice lovely resort for a chill out. Love how the villas are independent and sat apart from others giving your privacy.. Good service and facilities are available as well.. A good place to relax and enjoy the beaches.. Access to the best beach in bintan”

“Value for money. The staff were very courteous & always smiling except for one. More training for the staff at Tree Top were we ate breakfast. Not too alert to remove dirty plates on the table. We had to prompt them. One staff didn't give us a smile when we entered the dining area. However, she was grinning when a white couple entered. Btw, we are Filipinos. I hope you emphasize to your staff to treat the guests equally. We pay the same rate regardless of skin color. Overall, we had a great stay.”
