“Value for money. The staff were very courteous & always smiling except for one. More training for the staff at Tree Top were we ate breakfast. Not too alert to remove dirty plates on the table. We had to prompt them. One staff didn't give us a smile when we entered the dining area. However, she was grinning when a white couple entered. Btw, we are Filipinos. I hope you emphasize to your staff to treat the guests equally. We pay the same rate regardless of skin color. Overall, we had a great stay.”

“I would love to give a shoutout to the entire Banyan Tree Bintan staff, who were all very selfless in their assistance to us and tireless waiting upon our every request.
Banyan Tree Bintan is an amazing location. We booked 302 which is a villa on the rocks and the view was outstanding with total privacy. The villa itself leaves one rather speechless. Well appointed and very large with a private spa tub. Notably the bed was amazing. Such a a romantic four post king sized bed with elegant lace nets draping the entire bed.
The restaurants and cuisine offered were amazing and again, the people made the experience memorable.
Look forward to returning one day.”
