“Stayed here before and it was great, staff was wonderful. Showed up today asked for a room, they had several, said I was using CLC and was told they cannot take it despite it showing available on the app and me using it here before. Lady behind the counter didn't seem to know what to do. I am on the road 4 days a week and stay almost exclusively at Hilton branded hotels. Not what I expect from the Hilton brand.”

“Meu quarto ficou sem sabonete para mãos e para o corpo - só tinha xampu e saboneteira. A recepção foi antipática e disse que não havia sabão extra que eles pudessem fornecer até que a arrumação resolvesse o problema. Eu usei xampu em vez disso, mas preocupado com a segurança de tocar nos botões do elevador, itens de café da manhã etc., já que outros hóspedes também estavam com falta de sabão. Chocante que um hotel não fosse capaz de estocar algo tão básico e essencial.”
