“My room had run out of hand and body soap - it only had shampoo and dish soap. The front desk was unsympathetic and said there was no extra soap they could provide until housekeeping solved the problem. I used shampoo instead but worried about the safety of touching elevator buttons, breakfast items etc since other guests were also missing soap. Shocking that a hotel would not be able to stock something so basic and essential.”

“The light switch by the front door didn't turn anything on, ceiling fan above the bed wouldn't turn on, no fan in the bathroom so my wife had to endure my savage dump. TV remote stopped working. Overall looks nice but it's lacking a lot of planning on the design.”
