“There should be a clear description of their “balcony.” I was disappointed to pay extra for a room with a balcony and lake view because the balcony was a small triangular space that you can only stand on. There was no space to put a chair out to relax and enjoy the view. There are no ice machines on the floors, so you have to pick up a complimentary ice bag from the lobby store. The bar of soap was very thin. My children and I shared one bar of soap that disintegrated after the first use. One nice thing was shortly after check-in, they text me to make sure we were comfortable and checked if we needed anything. For a Hilton hotel and the price of the room, I was expecting better accommodations. Disappointed.”

“Estuve hospedado este fin de semana del 3 al 4 de Julio y no lo recomiendo el aire acondicionado se arruinó a media noche avise y nunca llego el técnico.La habitación tenía tela de arañas enla rendija del filtro de aire me trataron de cambiar a otra habitación y el aire no funcionaba tampoco muy mal mantenimiento me vine decepcionado de ese lugar no merece ni una estrella”
