“I stayed this hotel back in August when a friend and i visited from NY and fell in love with Chicago and recently stayed again for an interview i had outit Chicago and was treated very well by the front desk staff, i originally booked a queen room and wanted astreet view facing the frontbut it wasn’t available so i was upgraded to a king with street front view at no cost, for someone like myself who work in the hospitality industry great customer service is a big deal and the staff at this hotel fall nothing short of that. I just want to say thank you for making my stay very comfortable. This hotel is definitely a must stay very cute and chicand very convenient to get around downtown Chicago.”
