“Although it was a three I felt like it was just as good as other hotels except there were no microwave or mini fridge since I I'm a diabetic, I needed these things No microwave or fridge”

“The pictures on most of the hotel reservation sights for this hotel are very deceiving.It is more like a motel.Way overpriced for the quality. The bathroom is very outdated and the temperature of the water fluctuates when you take a shower.It goes from hot to cold to almost scalding.You even have to step up to get into the bathroom.Light bulb was out.Coffee maker also didn’t work. Overpriced water, but I guess it is Chicago.”
