“We were only there for one night.The first room they gave us, first the door wouldn't open and when we finally got in, the AC was broken but they were very nice about moving us to another room right away.The room was clean so no complaints there.The beds were comfortable.The only issues we had were that the toilet paper hadn't been replenished and also the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor to get ice. We called about the toilet paper and they sent someone right away and the ice wasn't a biggie as we were only there for one night.As for breakfast, they do have a good spread.I was quite surprised.They had hot food and breads and cereal. You just have to get up early.When we were leaving later that morning,all the food was already gone except for some apples and oranges. The location of this hotel is great if you are visiting Universal as it's right down the street. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Orlando.”
