“Beautiful lobby, and comfy bed. Really need to work on customer service and maintenance! Hubby took a shower and the shower didn't drain, at all!! He called the front desk and they said we were out of luck 'til morning. We were only staying 'til our flight left at 5am. We were there for quick showers and a quick sleep. My husband went down to the lobby to talk to the guy, who was hiding around the corner watching videos on his phone, he came around and said he had someone looking for a plunger. No apologies, no offering to make it right. My husband asked if he could just put us in another room, he rolled his eyes and finally agreed. The new room functioned, but was not very clean, there were dried toothpaste spots on the walls, something dripping down another wall, and mildew around the bathroom door frame and in most of the shower's tile grout. Glad we were able to get the shower and sleep we needed, but definitely wouldn't recommend.”

“Garbage hotel. Disgusting. Poorly managed. Rooms are gross and our room's thermostat was broken. Hallways are beat up and dirty. Beware of elevator. Breakfast not included. Looks like no maintenance has been done on hotel in the last 5 years.”
