“Looks lovely from the road and downstairs is nice although quite dark and dated.
We found the room to be quite tired and really average to be honest.
I would not have thought it was part of the Great Western group as it really needs work doing on it and I didn't think they had enough staff, really slow service for cream tea.”

“Lovely hotel, Its old but stylish . Really lovely bar area.Good location, Hotel is about 10 to 15 min straight walk to Broad street.
All staff are so Lovely,helpful and friendly, couldnt do enough for us.
The only negative was there is no lift.”
