“It was really nice. Old fashioned in a way. Lots of dark wood everywhere. It suited the ambiance with Christmas approaching and tree and decorations were lovely Free parking because we booked direct. Situated just outside the clean air zone so ok to drive there if your car is noncompliance.”

“Looks lovely from the road and downstairs is nice although quite dark and dated.
We found the room to be quite tired and really average to be honest.
I would not have thought it was part of the Great Western group as it really needs work doing on it and I didn't think they had enough staff, really slow service for cream tea.”
