“Very nice experience, they value the loyal customers. Their employee Aziza, the receptionist, has very excellent attitude, she is professional, friendly and smart in communication with the guests.”

“Incluso si hubiera menos de una estrella, les daría .. Mal servicio .. Peor que mala recepción. Alquilé dos habitaciones para 5 personas y pagué un monto adicional, y desde las 6 pm hasta las 12 de la noche, no brindaron La cama supletoria. Se llamó y se comunicó a la recepción, no hubo respuesta. Al contrario, se levantó la voz y el empleado estaba enojado, sabiendo Pre-reserva antes de la llegada y pago. ir con un ascensor diferente al de la segunda habitación, con informarles que uno de los miembros de la familia tiene necesidades especiales .. No hay mínima responsabilidad o consideración. Todos los empleados levantan la voz, hay que dar marcha atrás antes de pagar, muy buen gusto ,, La peor experiencia y el peor trato ... las habitaciones olían a colchones mohosos?”
