“This hotel is stunning, the design, views and location!
First, staff was incredible. The doormen were super pleasant kind and friendly! The kind interaction makes a difference and one gentlemen seemed to know the residents in the area so it was cool to see how close community the area was. The front desk girl said she was new but incredibly helpful kind and accommodating, she’s doing great! I have a 1 yr old and she likes to scream for whatever reason? So I called the front desk and whoever I spoke to was so kind funny and reassuring. I wanted to make sure no room was nearby to be disturbed and if so to apologize on our behalf but she checked for us and that was a relief. We were out in the perfect room that no one was nearby to not disturb others and our view was stunning.
2. The rooms were great! Spacious, interesting decor and views unmatched! They provided a crib which was super helpful and a lot nicer than the pack and play.
3. The location was by far wonderful! There were other Hyatt locations but I’m so grateful we picked this one. By all the nice shops to go window shopping and the restaurant literally across the street. The hustle and bustle was perfect!!! It’s a great intersection for environment and we loved it!!!”
