“The location is the ONLY saving grace of this hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the poor customer service. This hotel is considered a 4 star hotel and it charges what a typical 4 star hotel does, however you don't get 4 star service in return. Prior to me checking in I called just to confirm reservation and I had special request for additional amenities. It took 3 days and multiple calls a day just to get through to anyone. The rep said they were busy and apologized for inconvenience. She assured me my request would be submitted and will be available once I arrive. The day of my arrival the rep said there was nothing indicating I had any request. She apologized said I would receive everything shortly. I did not receive everything that I requested. I had to call the front desk 3x before anyone answered and when I got ahold of someone I requested ice and the ice was never delivered. Also we advised the upfront desk the water was only warm and wouldn't get hot. They said they would send someone but no one ever came. Another day I requested towels and it took so long I had to flag down a housekeeper in the hallway who was able to give me a fresh set of towels. There was a gentleman named Michael who worked on the 20th floor that was extremely helpful and went above and beyond more than the reps at the front desk. I received an email asking me how my stay was thus far after 3 days of being there, which I expressed. Their response was thank you for the feedback! We were there for 6 days and the service kept declining. During checkout I expressed my frustration AGAIN and there was no remedy they offered to rectify the situation.”
