We love the location and the fact we can get a 1 Bedroom Suite with a kitchen. The separate living room with a pullout is great for 3 or 4 people. I like making my own breakfast in the morning for the family and relax before heading off into Boston to walk the freedom trail and snack on delicious foods.

The hotel and room were very nice, no complaints there. However, I was most grateful for the housekeeping staff who helped me locate my license that had been left behind and promptly mailed it back to me. The front desk staff was less than helpful with this (hence 4 stars not 5) but Fran (the housekeeping supervisor) and her team were amazing and I so appreciate that they went above and beyond to returning my lost license.

Great walkable location.Rooms were clean and comfortable.The staff was amazing.Friendly and helpful.One staff member helped my younger nephew make chocolate chip waffles without him asking.Made the kids day. Definitely will be coming back. Excelente localização caminhável. Os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis. A equipe foi incrível. Amigável e gosta de ajudar. Great walkable location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. One staff member helped my younger nephew make chocolate chip waffles without him asking. Made the kids day. Definitely will be coming back.

Stay here 1 month ago. The suites are comfortable and clean. Customer service can and should be betterPros: great, accessible and walkable location; most rooms will have picturesque views of the harbor; no-frills but decent breakfast is includedCons: service is extremely lacking, especially certain staff at the front desk who were unpleasant and unwelcoming during our stay. Breakfast is amazing,great start with full breakfast. Beds super comfy.Pool is nice.Public parking lot steps away from hotel.10 minute walk to TD Garden & North Station subway. Very close to Stop #3 of Old Trolley Tour, for easy pick up/drop off. O café da manhã é incrível, ótimo começo com café da manhã completo. Camas superconfortáveis. Piscina é legal. Estacionamento público a poucos passos do hotel. 10 minutos a pé do metrô TD Garden & North Station. Muito perto da parada nº 3 do Old Trolley Tour, para facilitar o embarque / desembarque.

This Marriott was so disappointing, we paid $400 for one night, for a view of garbage, literally garbage.The price dropped the day before our arrival and general manager did not respond to my request to accommodate me the lower rate. The pool area was extremely slippery even with water shoes on, I feared for my children walking in and out of the pool, I had to hold on to walls just to get to the door safely.Do better, Boston!After we checked out, we drove straight to the PROVIDENCE DOWNTOWN MARRIOTT (THE AQUA) and (paid half the price we paid in Boston) Absolutely gorgeous, hands down!Indoor/outdoor connected pool with hot tub, poolside view with patio, restaurant is delicious, room service, spa, gym,gift shop, fire pit outside of rooms, and the customer service IS incredible, they are trained well, and definitely outdo themselves, to accommodate wants and needs. PLEASE VISIT THE PROVIDENCE DOWNTOWN MARRIOTT, ITS WORTH THE DRIVEAND MONEY!!

Stayed for a work trip. The hotel is in a good location but has not been updated in a very long time. It might have the oldest furniture I have seen in hotel in a decade. It is in desperate need of a renovation. Had no hot water both mornings. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice but I would not recommend staying here until updates are made.

Location is fairly central to down town. Parking fee is outrageous. Room is spacious.Front office staff is friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub area should have someone cleaning up the water on the floor.I slipped and fell and injured my knee making my family unable to continue our vacation due to the amount of walking we had to do. The on call doctor never called back to our room.
