“This Marriott was so disappointing, we paid $400 for one night, for a view of garbage, literally garbage.The price dropped the day before our arrival and general manager did not respond to my request to accommodate me the lower rate. The pool area was extremely slippery even with water shoes on, I feared for my children walking in and out of the pool, I had to hold on to walls just to get to the door safely.Do better, Boston!After we checked out, we drove straight to the PROVIDENCE DOWNTOWN MARRIOTT (THE AQUA) and (paid half the price we paid in Boston) Absolutely gorgeous, hands down!Indoor/outdoor connected pool with hot tub, poolside view with patio, restaurant is delicious, room service, spa, gym,gift shop, fire pit outside of rooms, and the customer service IS incredible, they are trained well, and definitely outdo themselves, to accommodate wants and needs. PLEASE VISIT THE PROVIDENCE DOWNTOWN MARRIOTT, ITS WORTH THE DRIVEAND MONEY!!”
