This place was pretty good, only I would love to see a drinkable tap and a bigger shower in the 2 Queen rooms. I unfortunately did not take pictures! But if you found this review helpful, that would be great.

As advertised. Great apartment. Similar to a 4 star hotel minus room service but plus a washer and kitchen.

Very clean and comfortable modern rooms. Superb rooftop lounge. Situated at a convenient place. Very much satisfying.

Personnel was polite but a few bad things in my personal experience about the building no hot water for 3 days out of 10. Air conditioning was turned off every nigh around 2:30am and couldn't turn on until at least 6:30am. Not a good thing when it would warm up so quick and wake me up

Very well located. The apartment was nice, big and clean. We only missed a dining table and bed tables. The staff at the reception was a little indifferent with a exception of a girl who show interest in making our stay confortable.

Stayed here this past weekend. The staff at Ginosi were nice enough, but one particular front desk employee was completely rude to us all weekend. Seems they don't work together?? Upon walking in, we were questioned on too many people staying, even though we were at the limit. Questioned about bringing too much stuff into apartment? Issues with hanging out on the roof - which I'll admit was our fault, but all they had to do was tell us you couldn't smoke on the roof. there were NO signs. Instead they yelled at us and kicked us off the roof. Then issues even with smoking outside?? Front desk person would walk outside and peer around the corner to make sure we weren't in front of the building?? It was all very strange. They have a gazillion cameras and are constantly watching you. Really put a damper on the weekend. The apartment itself is nice, the location was great - but I would never stay here again.

You get what you pay for. Its location is great as well as its rooftop. Service could be better but this is not quite a hotel to expect that. I would recommend it overall for a budget-friendly, good location.

Rarely answers the phone, zero customer service. And NO sign outside the building. I walked in and no instructions on how to get in the building because it was locked and security guard not paying attention to let me in. Then after entering I asked a simple question to the security guard as t why no sign and he blows up on me telling me "Oh should we put up a sign JUST FOR YOU!" I said no, not for me, FOR ALL the customers. I asked the one receptionist for any advice for location of parking after arriving.from a 3.5 hours of driving and received no help. This is same reception that never answers the phone. I spent $187 for two and should have gone to a hotel. At least there you get proper service and a sign to guide you. No batteries in the remote and seems to be no batteries available.for.them to give me as I sit here and wait. I recommend if you can afford it, get a hotel.
