“stylish hotel with (very) small private beach and additional pool area. the reception staff helped us out with a contact to a Covid test and was very helpful at all times. we had booked half board for our stay - and were very satisfied. we received two reasonable three-course menus on two evenings. the food was good and adequate. the menu was the same on both evenings, but that didn't bother us. the breakfast was very good, the buffet was constantly replenished, even just before the end of the breakfast time. problematic was (Corona conditionally) the topic with the coffee order. just order the next coffee when the first one is 'delivered. the room was spacious, well equipped and the view (from the bed and balcony) very impressive.”

“Nice room. Breakfast was nice. Staff was caring. HOWEVER: - Before we arrived, it had never been mentioned that the view on the Emirates Palace required to pay additional costs - Photos are misrepresentative. The pool area is a lot less luxurious than it looks like. Plus, it is noisy (construction works) - At the pool / on the beach / during breakfast : view on construction works (with the sound that goes with it) - The room was cold (impossible to reach a temperature above 20 ºC) - Small beach (8 spots) - Not a lot of sunbeds around the pool (need to arrive before 9 am to get one) - Massages must be booked 5 days in advance (it was peak season) - 0 effort on the service and the decoration of the outside area of the Italian restaurant (surprising when we see the inside)”
