The hotel itself is beautiful and clean to perfection. Swimming pool and private beach, fitness, bars restaurants are available. But what makes it special? The building itself is magnificent. But the special feeling is provided by the staff. The take care off everything for you and are always friendly and kind. The guys at the front door will make your life easy, receptionists will help with everything, rooms clean and drinks cold. Breakfast was good, everything you want. Dinner was a lot off options every day. And then the desserts, who makes them has hands off gold and loves his job i guess.And the service during diner is great. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday it’s perfect luxury, you don’t have to leave the hotel everything is there with a smile.

Amazing hotel with amazing and well trained staff. The rooms are big and spacious also they have good view. Hotel location is good. The pool is outstanding. I will definitely come back.

Such a fantastic hotel, and we literally can’t believe the value for money. The hotel gym is one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The overall facilities at the hotel are great. We purchased buffet breakfast at the hotel via Groupon, as it was ½ the price of paying directly to the hotel. The hotel is quite far away from anything, so if you’re looking for food or shopping, the closest mall is about 2km away. Also, at the times the lifts are incredibly slow. They seem to isolate the lifts down to 2-3 public lifts, and generally the lifts themselves are slow. So you can sometimes be waiting 5+ minutes. With social distancing, it means you also can miss a lift because it’s already got many guests in it. Bed is super comfortable, as are the pillows! Very lush!

Modernity with a touch of sophistication. they nailed every part in getting the poshness without leaving the culture out of the context. the room is very big, considering we got the smallest one. the bathroom is very fancy, nothing is shabby basically, and the balcony is like no other balconies in that area or in the city, to be honest. it has stunning views, a big floor area, the works! the breakfast options were great as well. the pool was amazing, our daughter loved it so much that we spent hours in the pool! will definitely be back for more!

Had a great stay. Amazing staff and service. Breakfast was generous. Very clean and spacious rooms. The one thing I’d like to note about is I wish the pool area and the breakfast balcony is a non smoking area. Also the pool area had lots of tiny ants. Still a great place to spend a vacation in Abu Dhabi.

stylish hotel with (very) small private beach and additional pool area. the reception staff helped us out with a contact to a Covid test and was very helpful at all times. we had booked half board for our stay - and were very satisfied. we received two reasonable three-course menus on two evenings. the food was good and adequate. the menu was the same on both evenings, but that didn't bother us. the breakfast was very good, the buffet was constantly replenished, even just before the end of the breakfast time. problematic was (Corona conditionally) the topic with the coffee order. just order the next coffee when the first one is 'delivered. the room was spacious, well equipped and the view (from the bed and balcony) very impressive.

Nice room. Breakfast was nice. Staff was caring. HOWEVER: - Before we arrived, it had never been mentioned that the view on the Emirates Palace required to pay additional costs - Photos are misrepresentative. The pool area is a lot less luxurious than it looks like. Plus, it is noisy (construction works) - At the pool / on the beach / during breakfast : view on construction works (with the sound that goes with it) - The room was cold (impossible to reach a temperature above 20 ºC) - Small beach (8 spots) - Not a lot of sunbeds around the pool (need to arrive before 9 am to get one) - Massages must be booked 5 days in advance (it was peak season) - 0 effort on the service and the decoration of the outside area of the Italian restaurant (surprising when we see the inside)

Fantastic hotel. I came to Abu Dhabi for the Grand Prix. I booked via World of Hyatt points but was given an upgraded room with a balcony. Fantastic bathroom, great overwater view. Stunning decor and nice but small outdoor pool area. Room service breakfast was good. If I come back to Abu Dhabi I will almost certainly stay here again.

A great hotel in Abu Dhabi with fantastic service and a great pool! The breakfast was varied and fresh. There are three restaurants on site which provide lots of options. The Turkish restaurant is a good spot for Shisha with lots of outdoor seating. The beach area is very small compared to other hotels in the area but the infinity pool makes up for it! The customer service was prompt and attentive. NB: I have included some pictures of Emirates Palace which can be seen from the hotel entrance.

One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi, The services are amazing. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing. Rooms services, beautiful swimming pool, very clean, nice room with Beautiful view of Emirates palace, they have amazing gym big and modern equipment, highly recommended.
