“The people working here are dedicated to customer service. I have booked my parents here twice now due to ongoing treatments at md anderson and they have been so great and accommodating. I can't express my gratitude enough during everything we are going through it is a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere where they feel safe. Thank you for exceeding expectations”

“My overall experience was good, and I stayed for 3-4 days. Rooms are good/clean and the breakfast has enough choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good and the hotel interior is beautiful.They have provided complimentary water bottles, coffee etc.The maximum # of persons per room allowed is 2 people max.They have a paid parking area. The daily self-parking cost is around $22 per day. If you are staying for a few days, they have a package called 'Daily Parking' package.”
