Had a wonderful experience at the hotel doing my new year celebration! I truly appreciate Josh for his help with a check in situation, system went down so wasn’t able to check in for a hour. Josh was patient, nice and accommodating. Greatly appreciated the customer service of him and the young lady who welcomed us coming in

In town for a wedding. Stayed here for 5 days. Excellent customer service especially post pandemic. They had room service...yah! & housekeeping around the clock. The fact that this property is on the Magnificent Mile was a bonus...so much to do!! 👍👍👍

What an amazing experience and we just checked in. At the reception desk Joshua greeted us with the biggest smile and such warmth i felt totally welcomed. He asked if we were celebrating anything special and I told him today is my husbands birthday and he immediately acknowledged that he would do something special for us. Our room is stunning on a high floor and it’s all because Joshua went a step above to make sure our birthday celebration weekend Chicago got off to an excellent start! Once we got to the room it’s so clean, well appointed and even the view is wonderful! We are thoroughly enjoying our stay!!

All I can say is this place is in the heart of the magnificent mile so there's plenty to do in any direction you walk. Beautiful hotel the second you see it, to the clean & gorgeous lobby, beautiful brunch patio & dining areas plus a lavish bar. Even the elevators were nice. It was extremely clean & even a basic room is worth the price with all the amenities you get, a bathroom we wanna take home, nice views, and they pamper you here. Hospitality is through the roof. Favorite hotel downtown & there are tons of nice places to stay at, so to us this one stands out.

Great location, service, scenic views, amenities, awesome food, and luxury bedding. Sofitel is an experience you want to say you've had. I've frequent this hotel over others due to it's beautiful view of the city and the stable wifi it has when I do lounge in my room & work from my laptop.Being on the Magnificent Mile, you're invited to explore all Chicago has to offer as soon as you step foot outside the hotel doors too! So if you're a tourist, you won't be disappointed. I would also like to add, the design of the building is unlike any other downtown hotel in the city.

A really nice experience from start to finish.Nice spacious rooms, staff provide excellent service.Food in the restaurant and breakfast excellent.No coffee maker in the room, but coffee in the lobby without charge.Only negative was the cost of parking that seemed high.

The location is very convenient and not that busy like other hotels on the Michigan ave. Room cleanliness and size is good for Chicago standards. Housekeeping is a bit slow also room service. The price was reasonable for off-season time

Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. I look forward to my next stay! This is located in a beautiful architectural building which makes it even more exceptional. I hope I can get a tour next time I'm in town. I had a beautiful view on all sides. It's located in the perfect spot for anything you'd like to do in Chicago. The bar in the hotel is fun and nice. Their shrimp cocktail was exceptional! Can't go wrong here! My room was very comfortable and they were very accommodating. I have a bad back and they brought me extra pillows twice. Personally I would prefer a nicer mattress but the linens were great. They accommodated our request for daily cleaning and laundry despite their efforts to save the planet and cut back. The service here was on par with the best hotel I've ever stayed at in London. Brilliant!

Excelente hotel en el centro de Chicago a unas 10 manzanas/cuadras De la Torre Trump y a 10 minutos andando del Loop cerca de grandes restaurantes centros comerciales museos rascacielos… El hotel tiene 32 alturas y unas vistas increíbles. Las habitaciones cuidadas y muy cómodas. El desayuno espectacular. Volvería sin dudas

Foi uma experiência muito agradável. Tivemos um excelente up grade de apartamento. Pessoal, em geral, gentil e paciencioso. Tivemos problemas no nosso primeiro café da manhã, mas ele foi resolvido no dia seguinte com atenção e cuidado. Voltaremos.

Já fiquei algumas vezes em hoteis da rede Sofitel e está foi a melhor experiencia. O atendimento foi diferenciado, o hotel é moderno, quarto muito bom, cama muito confortável e localização excelente.

Foi ótimo o tratamento desde o check in. O carinho e eficiência no atendimento. Pedimos berço para o bebê e quando chegamos já estava tudo pronto. O serviço de quarto e o café da manhã com ingredientes de altíssima qualidade. Localização do hotel e higiene dos quartos, perfeitos! Achei apenas um pouco lento o serviço de valet, o único ponto a melhorar.

É um bom hotel com quartos amplos e bem cuidados. Tem uma equipe simpática e prestativa na recepção. O melhor de tudo porém é sua localização, próximo do metrô e de vários locais e pontos turísticos a uma curta caminhada. Internet wi-fi funcionou bem na maior parte do tempo. 🛏️🛎️🛌🛋️🏨

O hotel é ótimo, mas fiquei extremamente decepcionada, ao fazer o checkout, quando fui informada que pagaria 20 dólares por dia pelas amenities, Campos, água disponível no quarto! Muito desagradavel! Pq isto não é cobrado no custo do quarto? Eu deveria ter tido a opção de cobrança !!!! A impressão que fica é de golpe pra aumentar um pouco no valor! Desculpem, mas é desonesto!!!! Nos hotéis do Canadá, tive tudo isto é nenhuma cobrança a mais! Nem o café foi reposto no quarto!

My love and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff from the outside valet to the front desk was very kind, professional and very hospitable. They did things without us having to ask. I love every moment. The room was beautiful and clean. Our heat was not working properly, we called the front desk and they sent maintenance right up to fix it. He restarted it and we had no more challenges with it. We appreciated the urgency. Next time we're in town we will definitely be staying here again.

Great vantage point on the Magnificent Mile.Short stroll over to the Hancock Tower, and even shorter to next door Pizano's restaurant for the best deep dish pizza.There was a hiccup in the hotel's computer system when we checked in for our 3 day Christmas stay, so our bill was not surprisingly conflicted later.Although the hotel again needed repayment on our credit card (though we used a chip reader with approval message), our bank meanwhile assured me it was already authorized for payment and that if I paid twice, I would need to file a dispute to drop one of the two payments.But the manager at the hotel was very devoted to getting this right and ensured we would not be victims of their computer crash days earlier (and provided us documentation to ensure our comfort).And he was right, everything worked out smoothly.So, this is not a complaint.You only know how good a business is when something goes wrong and you see how they handle it.Sofitel Hotel was a terrific stay and we will be happy to return.

Enjoyed everything, location was ideal some places in walking distance others a short Uber ride. Room was nicer than I expected. Check in and out easy and they contacted me before I arrived as well as after my stay. A little pricey but we'll worth the money

This was our first time staying at the Sofitel and from now on this is our “happy place”. The staff went the extra mile to make this a wonderful getaway weekend! The room was warm, inviting and immaculate. Le Bar was lively and welcoming……Location absolutely perfect… just steps from Chicago’s Magnificent Mile!

My wife booked us a stay at The Sofitel Hotel, and I must say what a excellent choice it was. Great atmosphere, awesome room service, Le Bar terrific. Front desk service above and beyond. Valet attendant Kenny had our car ready and waiting out front each morning before we could even call down for it! Scott and Jessica from front desk too nice to be true. I could go on and on about our much needed weekend getaway @ The Sofitel. We're definitely returning hopefully soon.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The moment we arrived, the valet were there and ready to help with anything. The check in process was easy and quick and our room was even available a little early! Everyone is so friendly and made us feel very comfortable and excited for our stay. The room itself was gorgeous, spacious, and perfect for our Chicago stay. We were within walking distance of all the activities for the weekend and loved trying out the restaurants in the area. Also, the room service is DELICiOUS! Try the croissants for breakfast! We will be staying again! :)

Loved a lot about this hotel. Great views of downtown, clean rooms, had everything I needed. Would definitely come back again. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the staff. The staff could've been more friendly.

Very nice! Hotel excelente muy lujoso m, atención de primera, salón de fiesta, bar en el lobby muy bonito, perfecto para disfrutar un rato. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y modernas, el hotel es de primera calidad. Esta muy bien ubicado. Recomendado el 100%la comida del hotel es excelente, me precio un poco costoso, pero vale la pena.

El hotel es muy lindo pero tiene un estilo algo antiguo o recargado en cuanto a la decoración general. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, con buenas cortinas blackout y cama, cafetera de cortesía y un frigobar que no funcionaba. Lo ridículo era el baño que tenía una puerta doble que quedaba unos centímetros abierta... Linda ducha y una bañadera enorme. Nuestra habitación estaba en el piso 8 y no tenía linda vista. Para quienes no sacan la estadía con desayuno ofrecen café y croissants para llevar.

Disfrutamos de una estancia que podríamos calificar de "estándar". Nada especialmente reseñable, tampoco en lo malo. Encontramos los muebles algo viejos, el sistema de sonido obsoleto y la cama excesivamente blanda. No atendieron mi solicitud de almohada de espuma, que hice a través de la app.
