“Great front desk staff, bar staff and maids. Always see people cleaning and polishing. Rooms are immaculate! When things go wrong they make it right. Carmen, the front desk manager, is exceptional at her job! The ambiance and view from the rooftop pool is incredible. I look forward to returning”

“I normally don't write reviews, but the service I experienced was exceptional. I checked in earlier today and while on the toilet my door opened someone stepped in and quickly left. I checked everything was normal. I assumed it was security or housekeeping that simply made a mistake. But I did mention to the front desk when I went down stairs a few hours later. They took it very serious. First they were very aplogetic. Then to my surprise they brought me a meat and cheese snake tray along with more apologies. Then a short time later the head of security came to my room explained who it was and like I thought was a mistake. Then he showed me video of the housekeeper entering my room. I am very impressed with the service and have stayed here before and will again in the future.”
