“This was such a comfortable stay for me!!! Junior was helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I’m not a fluent Spanish speaker so he was also super helpful with communication. I stayed about three weeks and had the business suite (great choice)! I ate at the hotel much of the time and the food was good so I didn’t get tired of it. The pool is beautiful and some days I stayed up there to work remotely. There was live music some nights, which was pretty good. There were no issues with anything and I was really happy I chose this hotel over the other options. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.”

“Llevo un buen tiempo usando los servicios del hotel, pero me está decepcionando su atención. Recién entrando a la habitación, la ama de llaves abrió la habitación sin saber que estaba ocupada. Al siguiente día regreso del trabajo y están haciendo la limpieza a las 5:30 pm teniendo que entrar y estar con el ama de llaves hasta que acabara de organizar. El desayuno se hace repetitivo, no hay variedad. Tampoco se han esforzado en agregar cosas nuevas en el menú del room service, desde hace dos años es el mismo. Se percibe demasiado el ruido exterior. Que lastima, se está perdiendo lo que inicialmente llamo tanto la atención de este hotel.”
