“Hotel room was very nice, front desk staff were all very courteous. Only thing that we were a little disappointed by was the "essentials fee" that we were charged for at check in. It's to cover parking, dinning, etc at the hotel which I totally get. Just a heads up when I booked would have been nice. After paying $400 for two nights, finding out I have to pay another $150 was a little shock. Now I wait for the reimbursement since we didn't use all of the services (just parking). Oh well lesson learned to ask when utilizing Hilton”

“The hotel is in a convenient downtown location. The room was fine, very clean & quiet. The bartender was very friendly. However, the food for dinner was awful! Who knew you can ruin a grilled cheese sandwich?? It was not the "4-Cheese Grilled Cheese on Sourdough", but more a slice of American cheese slapped on a piece of white bread - for $12! (fries were good, tho)
Plus, I thought I read that the hotel offered a complimentary "Continental Breakfast" - it was not. You order off a menu with nothing complimentary for breakfast. oh well, it was only one night!”
