“We had some glitches in our stay from the very beginning checking in and throughout our stay. Each time, Scottie at the front desk, very professionally and understanding addressed us and the situation in a calm and welcoming manner. His poise and composure while dealing with the issuesmade us feel better and relaxed.
There were some other staff that still have some ways to go like housekeeping who could not get anything done and the young lady bartender who seemed like she was bothered by having to talk to guests.
Overall a marginal stay was saved and even improved upon by exceptional service from Scottie at the Front Desk 👏”

“The hotel is in a convenient downtown location. The room was fine, very clean & quiet. The bartender was very friendly. However, the food for dinner was awful! Who knew you can ruin a grilled cheese sandwich?? It was not the "4-Cheese Grilled Cheese on Sourdough", but more a slice of American cheese slapped on a piece of white bread - for $12! (fries were good, tho)
Plus, I thought I read that the hotel offered a complimentary "Continental Breakfast" - it was not. You order off a menu with nothing complimentary for breakfast. oh well, it was only one night!”
