“This hotel appeared just okay for a 4 star boutique hotel. It’s clean but aren’t all the hotels, I mean mostly. Nothing above and beyond. I always opt for a room with kitchenette as I travel with my toddler. I booked a room with a kitchen here too. had to request them to provide me pots and pans and utensils and dishes, basically every single thing that I needed in the kitchen. I was given a box full of pots and pans and dishes and when I opened the box everything was dirty to the extent that there was still oil and gravy in the pans and on the spoons. Someone picked them from a sink and put them in the box, without washing, it seemed! It was literally the grossest thing I had seen a while. This definitely overshadowed my entire stay. So if you are going to use the kitchen, don’t forget to bring your own everything!”

“After having a rocky start to our trip, by having our car broken into and some belongings stolen within the first 2 hours of being in Houston. The hospitality at this hotel was MAGNIFICENT to say the least. The hotel staff was so accommodating and empathic to our situation and was so genuinely sweet. The Southern Hospitality runs DEEP here. The entire staff is AMAZING!!! The Rooms are just as nice as the staff, although we didn’t have much of a view from our room, there was a beautiful rooftop pool with a view of the city. The fitness center was also good, it was under renovation during the time of our stay, however I was able to get a few great workout in. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, if I ever come back to Houston.”
