“We had our wedding in the area, and had a hotel block at this hotel. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
Tracy Vines was the Group Sales Manager who was in contact with us throughout the process. She was extremely accommodating and prompt in her responses. I've never had such amazing customer service from a hotel. She is fantastic.
The Valet people were quick and polite, and the front desk people were professional. We had a few guests with minor issues with their rooms. But the staff was quick to correct this, and apologetic.
My now-husband and I were given complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. The bartenders and waitresses were wonderful. We had drinks and food at the hotel restaurant several times throughout our stay and were not disappointed! Food, drinks, and service were wonderful! The breakfast buffet had a decent amount of variety.
We had a lot of wedding decor items that we needed help bringing to our room. We are so appreciative of the staff going above and beyond to assist with this. We are beyond happy with our experience here and look forward to our next stay.”
