“I expect more from 5 start hotel. On arrival we were informed that spa is not included in the room price, which wasn’t indicated during booking process ( night stay is not cheap, and it was the first time when I needed to pay extra for spa in the hotel I’m staying). A few hours after checking in my husband was electrocuted by the iron ( they did provide us with free breakfast for 1 day as a “sorry note”)
And to finish up our “great experience” we were charged 25 euros per day for the parking 😱. Which wouldn’t be such a big issue if personal of the hotel would care to mention that there is an extra charge during check in, which they did, just slipped their mind. So please be ready to pay extra if you came by car.
On the good side the room was good with really comfortable bad.”

“A top-tier hotel experience!
We stayed three nights at the Club level and enjoyed all of it. Attentive and professional staff. Well appointed, clean, modern and spacious rooms. Easy access to a metro station. No waiting for the fast and efficient elevators.
I give 4 rather than 5 stars for two reasons. The electronic room keys failed to work once or twice per day, requiring trips to the front desk. And the beds are EXTREMELY firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Almost unacceptable in my opinion.”
