“A top-tier hotel experience!
We stayed three nights at the Club level and enjoyed all of it. Attentive and professional staff. Well appointed, clean, modern and spacious rooms. Easy access to a metro station. No waiting for the fast and efficient elevators.
I give 4 rather than 5 stars for two reasons. The electronic room keys failed to work once or twice per day, requiring trips to the front desk. And the beds are EXTREMELY firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Almost unacceptable in my opinion.”

“Nice lobby and courteous staff. Some facilities such as the shower room in the rooms are a bit aged and need a refreshment. Breakfast is good though not the best. The location is quiet and nice, though not the closest to the tourist spots.”
