“We Recently held our wedding reception here and I can’t fault it at all. The staff were fantastic especially Marius!! The venue is a beautiful place and the grounds are very well kept. The food was incredible (an afternoon tea and a hog roast). Staff were very friendly and got involved with us all. They went above and beyond to make sure our stays were good. I loved the state room and miss the beauty of it already. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the place was. For anyone considering to hold their wedding or party here I would highly recommend. Thankyou for helping with our special Day you really did a fantastic job! The Gibson’s.”

“The venue and gardens are stunning and although my room was a little cold it was beautiful. Unfortunately on this occasion I was extremely disappointed with how rude a large number of the staff were. Maybe they were just having a bad day/weekend, but still you shouldn’t take that out on your customers. I would be reluctant to recommend the hotel to others because of this - but maybe if some of them had some customer service training then things would definitely improve.”
