Hotel maravilhoso... Funcionarios otimos, quartos aconchegantes, area da piscina inpressionante com borda infinita e vistavpara o parque. Cafe da manha farto. Se tiver a oportunidade de ficar no club level, vista linda comida e bebida a vontade por duas horas.

Check-in was terrible because of the crowd. Waiting crowds at the lobby, long lines, screaming children & crying babies for about 30 minutes before I can finally check in. Came on time at 2pm for full experience but had to wait for 30 minutes ~ 40 minutes before finally getting in my room. Appreciate the tidbits that MO has offered but I prefer you compensate my 30 minutes better.Checking out was another issue. The staff attending me at the counter was SNEEZING!!! This is unacceptable back in the old norms, what more during this pandemic? Sneezing and snorting throughout my check out process. I was very uncomfortable.Room wise- okay. Everything was okay (tho looks old) but you got what you paid for - nice view of KLCC (for my room), comfy beds and excellent housekeeping service. One minus point - please change your shower gel, it smells terrible!

Overall my family of 6 members (staying in 3 rooms) enjoyed the overall experience. The breakfast was superb. Our only complaint is the 70 minutes (from 418pm to 528pm) queue to check in on Friday (1/1/2021) and the check in process took more than 15 minutes, which I have never experience is my 30 years experience staying in 5 star hotel.

Stay here for a night and I ended up liking it so well! First the room - so breathtaking with a good view. The room is big for two people with a lot of tv channels and so I ca hop on a comfy blanket, have a nice weekend and stay in the cool room! They also provide the qibla direction so it's convenient for us to pray.They have wide parking space, friendly customer services and what great about this hotel is that, all places in KL is near. So you can just walk around without taking your car.

The only thing I am not so fancy is the mattress topper is too soft to my liking. I end up had a backache. I wish there’s an option for a firmer bed and pillow. But overall I have a pleasant stay because the check in was fast, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the in-room dining food was a good quality and scrumptious especially the lamb and mezze platter. A few times I requested my hot drinks to be super hot and they sent it exactly as I wanted. Well done!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The service was smooth and very efficient especially considering it was a very busy time at the hotel. When we arrived, check in was very busy but staff were helpful, friendly and very professional making it all run very smoothly and move along as quickly as possible. We were even provided with a waiting area with refreshments and TV for the kids in this time. From check in to check out every encounter with staff at MO was pleasant and warming. The gym is well equipped and the facilities are lovely. The location is just perfect when staying in KL. We will definitely try to return to MO KL again in the future.

We've been to the Mandarin Oriental restaurants for many years and the food is always excellent especially the Japanese and Dim Sum. Only now, my daughter and I decided to stay at the Mandarin hotel for a night out. When we do our booking, it said that a room upgrade is part of the package, but of course, we never got it because our room category is not part of the deal (as mentioned by the lady at the reception). This was not a problem but you should NOT mention free upgrade if there is a certain category required. Nonetheless, the room was beautiful and the view stunning. Unfortunately, we had the worst sleep ever, because sleeping on the bed was like sleeping in a bowl that is not big enough for your whole body (you get the picture). It was just too late to complain because we only went to bed after midnight. Luckily we booked a 1 hour and 30 minutes massage the next day to counter-attack the bad sleep. In the spa room, we had to fill in a questionnaire asking what we like and where on our body would we like to concentrate during the massages. My daughter wanted a standard full body massage and I would like the masseuse to concentrate on my shoulders, neck and back. However, the ladies did exactly the same to both of us while we had 2 different requests (we were in a 2 person room). I did not make a complaint at the time because my daughter seemed to enjoy her massage. For me, that was more important. And lastly, not to mention, your breakfast waffles were burnt and dry, your smoked salmon was too salty and your croissant was stale. Overall, I’d still give it a 7 only for the fact that we still love the restaurants.

My mum & i had a good stay. it was our first time and we enjoyed. Since i emailed in advance to reserve spa and dinner, it was a breeze for us for our reservation. I couldn't give 10 because was not impressed with the buffet dinner. We didn't enjoy some of the food. Spa and jacuzzi was good. likewise enjoyed the birthday cake. Thumbs up for all the staff. Excellent service and good location.

I had peasant stay at the hotel week ago. My latest visit was 8 years ago and they has been doing great maintenance job to maintain good conditions. However it has some fluctuations on breakfast quality. On first day, it was great as usual but the other days wasn’t. Not only for quality but also service. They need stable quality service. Other than that issue everything was good.

Wow! Everything was exquisite! It was a lucky day for me as I got an early check-in, my room 2331 was already ready. I didn't go out from the room at all as I was kind of exhausted, had a very long nap on the amazingly comfortable king bed! I had a Deluxe City View Room King. I personally adored the bathroom the most. I was lazy to go out and decided to order an in-room dining service - Curry Laksa! It was absolutely scrumptious though it was fairly spicy, loved it. The breakfast was a buffet setting with great selections - Continental, Chinese, Malaysian, Indian and Healthy. I also loved the Mosaic restaurant interior design and layout, simply elegant. The overall customer service was excellent. Had an express check-out and it went smooth. On the other hand, I was a little bit unhappy because the room door could have been sound-proofed as I could literally hear people talking outside and whenever any room was under housekeeping.
