“Location was a major plus! For travelers with no cars it was right next to a cvs and a block from Trader Joe’s for little things you’ll need for a long stay or just things you forgot to pack. Walking distance from food, shops, attractions, bars, brunch, the river, the lake and E Ohio St beach, Navy Pier, and museums. The staff was super nice, polite, and helpful. And the bar downstairs has amazing drinks to night cap and also downstairs a cafe for the morning coffee and food that they will bring up to your room! Loved the decor very fun and artsy and music oriented. Rooms were nice and clean BUT the only con is that there isn’t a refrigerator or microwave”

“The hotel has a unique atmosphere that is so refreshing from the usual branded properties. Upon arrival, the guest service, especially the knowledgeable Jerome, made the afternoon brighter. The room itself was clean, efficient and contained everything you need for a stay. Chicago has many things and places to see, but having a base like the ACME, will make those things far more enjoyable.”
