Amazing hotel and I would recommend it for anyone staying in this area of Chicago. The check in was fanatic - I had forgotten my ID at home but had a different photo ID that he gave me no trouble at all and made parking very simple.The hotel itself was lovely. Simple and quirky with comfortable beds, refreshing toiletries and lots of personality. Be sure to look out the window not facing the parking garage on the right side of the building.

Unique and close to public transportation and downtown attractions. Itook my dog and they were very pet friendly 🐕 Very nice receptionist who helped with getting to public transportation.

O hotel tem uma atmosfera única que é tão refrescante em relação às propriedades de marca usuais. Na chegada, o atendimento ao hóspede, principalmente o conhecedor Jerônimo, tornou a tarde mais alegre. O quarto em si era limpo, eficiente e continha tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia. Chicago tem muitas coisas e lugares para ver, mas ter uma base como a ACME tornará essas coisas muito mais agradáveis.

The hotel has a unique atmosphere that is so refreshing from the usual branded properties. Upon arrival, the guest service, especially the knowledgeable Jerome, made the afternoon brighter. The room itself was clean, efficient and contained everything you need for a stay. Chicago has many things and places to see, but having a base like the ACME, will make those things far more enjoyable.

A localização era uma grande vantagem! Para os viajantes sem carros, ficava ao lado de um CV e a um quarteirão do Trader Joe's para pequenas coisas que você precisa para uma longa estadia ou apenas coisas que você esqueceu de embalar. A uma curta distância de alimentos, lojas, atrações, bares, brunch, o rio, o lago e a praia E Ohio St, Navy Pier e museus. A equipe foi super simpática, educada e prestativa. E o bar do andar de baixo tem drinks incríveis para a bebida da noite e também no andar de baixo uma cafeteria para o café da manhã e comida que eles vão trazer para o seu quarto! Amamos a decoração muito divertida e artística e orientada para a música. Os quartos eram agradáveis e limpos, mas o único problema é que não há uma geladeira ou micro-ondas

Location was a major plus! For travelers with no cars it was right next to a cvs and a block from Trader Joe’s for little things you’ll need for a long stay or just things you forgot to pack. Walking distance from food, shops, attractions, bars, brunch, the river, the lake and E Ohio St beach, Navy Pier, and museums. The staff was super nice, polite, and helpful. And the bar downstairs has amazing drinks to night cap and also downstairs a cafe for the morning coffee and food that they will bring up to your room! Loved the decor very fun and artsy and music oriented. Rooms were nice and clean BUT the only con is that there isn’t a refrigerator or microwave

Staying here during my trip to Chicago was absolutely part of what made my vacation so great. From the cute wall decor to the individual chalkboards and free morning coffee, this hotel is a total gem. Bonus points for having a cafe and cocktail lounge on the first floor!

Este lugar era interessante. Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, fáceis de compreender e comunicar. O quarto era pequeno e faça o que fizer, não abra as cortinas e se esqueça; você encontrará seu vizinho olhando para você e sua empresa. O estacionamento fica ao lado dele e eles tornam mais fácil entrar e sair. Eu escolheria este em vez de outros hotéis? Não. Mas você não pode superar o preço e não é grosseiro ou obscuro.

This place was interesting. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, easy to understand and communicate with. The room was small and whatever you do, don't open your shades and forget; you'll find your neighbor looking in on you and your business. Parking is right next to it and they make it easy to get in and out. Would I choose this over other hotels? No. But you can't beat the price and it's not gross or shady.

Eu amo esse hotel. Eu já fiquei aqui 4 vezes. A equipe é ótima, o tema é divertido, o ofurô é incrível, está em uma ótima localização e o preço é perfeito. 10/10 ficaria novamente.

I love this hotel. I've stayed here 4 times. The staff is great, the theme is fun, the hot tub is awesome, it's in a great location, and the price point is spot on. 10/10 would stay again.

During my trip I stayed at a "nicer" more expensive hotel, and this one, and this one was far better in addition to being cheaper. The design of the hotel is very cool, very different from the sterile atmosphere of normal hotels with tacky hotel artwork on the walls. The room was small, but it had a booth and table type setup with a hdmi hookup for your computer as well as an alexa in the room to ask about the weather and play music on, which was a cook modern touch. Frankly, the room might have been smaller but it gave me everything I needed for a hotel stay. I don't know if I really need a huge closet and a ton of drawers when I'm traveling when I'm essentially living out of a suitcase. The cherry on top was really the complimentary coffee delivery in the morning. Its good coffee, they just leave it outside your door in a mug, and I don't have to deal with the awful Keurig or go down to the lobby for my fix. I don't write reviews for places normally, but I really liked this hotel over every other hotel I've stayed in previously.

Very Fung shway. Definitely appeals to the pop eclectic aesthetic. Small rooms but it does the job for a night. Very comfortable bed and roomy rainshower shower.

Great hotel for a first time Chicago visit! I originally booked because the price honestly couldn't be beat for the location, but I didn't expect much. I'm so glad I was proven wrong! The hotel is honestly EXACTLY as advertised on its website - none of the photos are misleading, and that same cool vibe is just as real in person. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. It might have been the fastest check-in/check-out I've ever had. The room was clean. It was a little on the smaller side, but for one person I didn't mind. Also, who can complain about free coffee or tea in the morning? As mentioned, the location is great. Just a couple blocks from The Magnificent Mile and a block away from the home of the deep dish pizza, and, if you're a walker like me, the Bean and Navy Pier are only 20-30 minutes walks away. I loved the cafe that's connected to the lobby, too, but there are so many great options for food and coffee that it was hard to decide. Will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity.

By far the best hotel experience I've had. Friendly and welcoming staff in a non American way. Room was just beautiful... Didn't want to go out! Location is great with everything within walking distance. Only thing that would keep me from giving a 5 star rating is that it might be fully booked when I return!
