“Amazing hotel and I would recommend it for anyone staying in this area of Chicago. The check in was fanatic - I had forgotten my ID at home but had a different photo ID that he gave me no trouble at all and made parking very simple. The hotel itself was lovely. Simple and quirky with comfortable beds, refreshing toiletries and lots of personality. Be sure to look out the window not facing the parking garage on the right side of the building.”

“The hotel has a unique atmosphere that is so refreshing from the usual branded properties. Upon arrival, the guest service, especially the knowledgeable Jerome, made the afternoon brighter. The room itself was clean, efficient and contained everything you need for a stay. Chicago has many things and places to see, but having a base like the ACME, will make those things far more enjoyable.”
