“Hotel confortável, recomendo muito especialmente para quem não tem um inglês tão bom, pois os funcionários em sua maioria são brasileiros e muito atenciosos. A limpeza é a clássica americana então não muito caprichada. Em muitos momentos encontramos cabelo na toalhas e lençois. Localização ótima muito perto do parque Universal e do Outlet. Quando fomos a reforma ainda não havia finalizado e com isso o café da manhã estava conturbado. Contudo vale a pena.”
