“Minha família e eu ficamos recentemente no Ramanda, quinta-feira, 19 de maio de 2022. Estávamos chegando à cidade para um funeral. Este foi o pior hotel que já estive, as fotos definitivamente não são as mesmas do site. Os quartos tinham um cheiro horrível, tapetes sujos e as camas pareciam dormidas. Parecia muito desatualizado. Reservei 2 quartos e foi cobrado meus 3 quartos. Quando eu trouxe a taxa extra para o atendente da recepção, ele negou a taxa extra, apesar de mostrar a ele as cobranças no meu telefone. Outro membro da família foi cobrado a taxa errada. Deveríamos ficar 2 noites, mas saímos na manhã seguinte e encontramos outro hotel. No geral, eu não recomendaria este hotel a ninguém.”
