“Tive uma estadia fantástica! Os quartos eram limpos e me senti muito bem, a localização era perto de onde eu precisava estar, e os funcionários do hotel foram fantásticos. Eu tive um problema ao fazer o check-in com um grupo de terceiros e a equipe e o gerente do hotel garantiram que eu recebesse meu reembolso, mesmo com o terceiro me dando problemas.
