“TOP customer service! Victor (front desk) Lúcio, Jaqueline Jean and all Hub restaurant team are just great all the time! Truly impressive service. Check in and check out are a breeze. Late check out was offered witbout additional cost when they learned of our evening flight. Rooms are huge, bed comfy, fresh towels everyday. Loccitane bath products. Breakfast very good with hot plates from the kitchen. Location is perfect - close to Congonhas airport, walking distance to 2 malls, many restaurants, and cheap taxi rides to many sights. Highly recommended!”

“Very fine hotel in Vila Olimpia region. Best if you are in Sao Paulo for business trip. You also have many options for restaurants nearby, a shopping mall at walking distance and lots of uber cabs in availability.
Hotel has also a good bar.
Breakfast has a good spread and service is nice.”
