The steak house French bistro and burger restaurant offer ample eating options. Other amenities include a health club and a full-service business center. Pets are permitted for an extra charge and with restrictions. Located in downtown Chicago overlooking the Chicago River this Sheraton is a 12-minute walk east of Navy Pier. Take an eight-minute cab ride southwest and stand on the glass-bottom balconies of Willis Tower (the former Sears Tower) the tallest building in the Americas. The Art Institute and lush Grant Park are a seven-minute cab ride south. The hotel is 20 minutes northeast of Midway International Airport and 28 minutes southeast of O'Hare International Airport. The central location also means that both airports are accessible using Chicago's elevated trains.

“Beautiful hotel, centrally located with amazing views! This was my first stay at this particular hotel, but definitely will not be my last. The check-in process was quick and efficient and the service at the front desk and throughout the multi-day stay was well above average. "Ask and ye shall receive" -- they honored my preferences around room floor and view and it was simply breathtaking despite the gloomy weather.”

“Charlotte was very helpful! I needed to fax a document today, and when I went to Fedex, they told me that they don't offer that service. However, when I went to the reception at the hotel, Charlotte agreed to scan and fax my paper for free. I was impressed with the quality of customer service. Definitely worth 5-stars.”
