The Art Institute and lush Grant Park are a seven-minute cab ride south. The hotel is 20 minutes northeast of Midway International Airport and 28 minutes southeast of O'Hare International Airport. The central location also means that both airports are accessible using Chicago's elevated trains.

“The hotel is really nice with very kind service. I would like to especially compliment Jattna, the personal trainer at the hotel gym! She gives free workout classes every morning. I wish the hotel told me at the check-in straight away because I got a great workout done within 30 minutes of her class. She pays so much attention to you and your goals. If you have any specific injuries she modifies them so easily that you still get the maximum out of your workout! A very professional and attentive person who makes working out in the early morning so much fun, no matter your level! Next time I stay here, I'm definitely taking her classes again! I recommend her and her class to anyone who stays at this hotel.”
