Excelente localização,dá para curtir tudo à pé! Fora que as acomodações são super espaçosas e bem cuidado !!!

O hotel é muito bom! O quarto espaçoso e o café da manhã tem todo o necessário. O serviço de limpeza é um pouco regulado, mas solicitado a limpeza eles realizam. A localização é excelente

Hotel para familia, com quartos grandes que podem ser divididos e ainda tem uma saleta e cozinha com geladeira, microondas e cafeteira!

Excelente atendimento, ambiente agradável. Quarto adequado ao prometido, poderia melhorar o sofá cama, pois as crianças sentiam as molas e a limpeza do chão deixou a desejar. Café da manhã bom, os atendentes são muito simpáticos. D. Liliana é um amor depessoa. Obrigada a equipe Sonesta!!

Don't know that I will ever be returning to this nesta hotel or any in that brand ever again. As a frequent hotel stay guest at different brands of hotels in all types in the Orlando area. I will say without a doubt I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a sonesta yesterday evening with a staff member that was extremely out of line and nothing was really done about it at all I was so insulted that I left the hotel after trying to remediate the situation immediately with the front desk whom contacted the hotel manager to I guess handle the employee and question that created the problem that in turn in suit into me visiting the front desk and then left directly. I felt extremely singled out for a reason that is inexplicable to myself as i was sitting by the pool and not violating any standard hotel guest rules. I was not drawing odd attention or acting any different then the other guests using the pool at the time. Yet for a reason unexplained to myself i was harassed and told i had to leave a hotel i was a guest at by all right and had done nothing wrong at, as well as stayed at multiple times in the past. I would think Sonesta would somehow like to correct this issue on my side of things as i was insulted by the things said and the behavior of staff at a family resort. To a guest for no reason that could be given that wont be more out of line as to why i was singled out amongst rowdier alternative guests.

Very nice, calm, clean hotel. Stayed for 2 days and saw only a few people and the pool was not crowded. Hot tub and pool were empty most of the time, which was very people. Free shuttle to disney and orlando was convenient. Furniture and towels in the room were a little worn out, but beside that the lay out and everything else was pleasant and comfortable. Overall nice stay for a great price.

Absolutely amazing place, the rooms we're clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful especially Tyler the night shift manager he was very pleasant and was always making sure things we're good. Definitely will be staying here again. Thank you 😊

Pésimo servicio las personas limpian mal,el baño cuando llegamos tenía pelos al igual que las camas y también tenía papeles sucios por las sábanas

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was very clean and smelled clean. The bathroom, floor and kitchen were also very clean. The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. They greeted us very nicely, they are trained very well. I have no complaints about this hotel.

We took the suite double room with kitchen. And beds could accommodate easily 4 adults and 4 teenagers…Grateful for all the service at front desk. With towels etc. GREAT location with universal only 8 minutes and Disney was about 20 min and easy access to restaurants/ airport. … grab and go breakfast was disappointing but we stocked breakfast stuff from wholefood which was around the corner

Awesome little suite. Odallys at the front desk was amazing. She got us early check in so I could prepare the room for my wife and was super helpful throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again.

El hotel super bueno ya me he quedado 2 veces allí la hubicacion es excelente peroahora el 23/5/2021 el desayuno totalmente pésimo solo había café jugo de naranja pan de un solo sabor y naranjas. Pésimo nada agradable.

Excelente ubicación, muy bueno las habitaciones realmente todo muy cómodo. Lo único malo es que habían muchas Chiripas en el área de la cocina pero de resto fue maravilloso

Located in the middle of everything - great restaurants of all flavors, entertainment, and nice walking distance from almost anything you need. As a family of 5, really enjoyed the size of the Suite. Having two full bathrooms helped when getting ready to go out and getting ready to leave. The beds were somewhat comfortable, and the sofa seemed dated, but it worked as a pullout. The hot water seemed to take forever to get to our room, but it was nice and hot by the time we waited several minutes. The pool area and hot tub were very nice and have several sitting areas in the shade close by. I love the inside courtyard where it's located. The 2nd story has a sun deck that looks over the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our one night there and would probably stay again.

100% recomendado, muy buena atención por parte del personal, amables y atentos. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Muy limpio, cuenta con una mini sala de juegos y un pequeño gimnasio, piscina y jacuzzi.

Pésima atención telefónica. Los Baños en recepción está inmundos. Servicio de Transporte a los parques Pésimo, engañan a los clientes y luego los dejan botados ofrecen salidas cada media hora al realizar la reservación y es totalmente falso. Las habitaciones están Limpias y bien presentadas.El Servicio de Desayuno estuvo muy bien.
