“I have no idea how this hotel can be labelled as a 5-star. Yes, the staff is nice and kind once you're there (nothing out of the ordinary, however), but the customer care before and after travel is absolutely appalling. Just getting a conference room booked before travelling, took about 5 different calls and being passed on from staff to staff, without anyone knowing how to help. After leaving the hotel, I emailed 3 times for an invoice, and my email keeps getting ignored.”

“Great hotel with good amenities and friendly staff. I arrived at 6 AM from a red eye flight and they had arranged for a room at that time. Through the stay they were helpful with small requests. The breakfast was awesome! Large selection of everything including local Turkish cheeses, breads, halva, olives etc…agree with other reviews about the location. But thankfully taxis in Turkey are affordable and easy to get. Highly recommend!”
