“The hotel is very modern but the location is very bad. The hotel offers free shuttle service which makes up for the bad location, but it takes a long time to make it to Taksim Square whereas other hotels for the same price are a couple minutes away. The rooms were tiny as well. The breakfast was good with a lot of options to chose from. The staff was very friendly. The pool, spa, and gym were very nice and I had a fun time using them. As this being my second time to Istanbul, I would prefer staying in the hotel I had stayed in for my first time instead of this one.”

“This was my second time in Istanbul, and I specifically chose to return to the Sheraton in Istanbul city center. The service is outstanding, and the staff is very responsive to all requests. I had emailed them the week before asking for an extra bed on a specific day, and even though I forgot to remind them on that day, I came to see the room fully prepared. Their breakfast buffet is also very generous, and room cleaning and quality control is top notch. My only complaint would be that the rooms are a little noisy because of the street below.”
